CREAMY MILLET PORRIDGE

We are back on the creamy millet train our kiddo has been loving it so mamas has been making it.

Today I gave our millet a quick blast in the vitamix and cooked it with water, banana, almond milk, cinnamon, dash of salt and a dash of vanilla bean powder.

Here is our water to millet measurements to achieve a creamy consistency

  • 1/2 cup millet, rinsed and drained

  • 11/2 cups water

  • 1/2 cup almond milk (other milks will also work such as coconut milk, cashew milk, regular milk)

You can always add more almond milk as you cook to get a creamier consistency.
